Jerry and Susan Vogeler bought River Bluff Estates and joined it together with their business River Bluff Custom Homes on 12-31-2010 to make the neighborhood a better place to live. They reside in the community with their two youngest children, John and Madigan. Jerry has lived in the neighborhood since 1997 and Susan since 2002.
River Bluff Estates and River Bluff Custom Homes is a family business. Family members help mow lawns, sell homes, rent storage units and take care of the day to day chores.
