Come join our neighborhood! Resident owners Jerry and Susan Vogeler along with their children John and Madigan operate River Bluff as a family operation. They bought the community to make it a better place to live. River Bluff residents are proud of their homes and the neighborhood. Since 2011, forty three (43) residents have reinvested in their homes. This includes thirteen (13) residents who purchased brand new homes, five (5) residents brought in nice used homes, five (5) residents completed major remodels, and twenty (20) residents have made substantial improvements to their home. Just as important, many residents have cleaned up their lots and disposed of clutter.
