We may collect your phone number through online applications, maintenance requests, showing requests, Tenant Web Access registration, site reservations, or general informational request forms.
• User-Provided Information: Any additional information you provide helps us improve our services and provide better support.

• Identifiers: We may use your identifiers to: (1) provide, operate, and improve our products and services; or (2) communicate with you, including to send you announcements and administrative messages, to respond to your requests, questions and feedback related to our products and services. Phone Number and texting use

We will send text messages reminding tenants of payment due dates, event reminders, and will respond to tenant text messages with the phone number provided to River Bluff Estates and Storage via our contact page and tenant portal  We will not sell your data to any third party.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly (information provided below). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive fewer than three texts per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Texting Opt in/Out Policy

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from River Bluff Estates and Storage regarding updates, offers, and promotions.
